Great and awesome location with awesome view of the lake...

Everything was great, the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, we had a spacious bedroom with an amazing view of the lake and gondola, and the location was right in the heart of the city.

Awesome experience there. Amicable staff, first-class services, and exceptional location near bus stops and shops, the shopping belt, and eateries. The rooms with good heating and bedrooms, for example. Awesome facilities there. Early check-in, parking in a garage. By the way, parking fee - usd 16 per day...

Loved our big size and incredible rooms, plus the staff was very amiable. Our accommodation was set in a very central location just off the restuarants and shops are at the door steps as well as shops and skyline gondola.

We needed to have lift.

The rooms are huge and amazing here with great view and a terrace and a decent size balcony.

The apartments at Heart of Queenstown are simply amazing! The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me as a foodie, allowing me to cook up some delicious meals. The air-conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather, and the heating kept me cozy at night. The separate lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Although the private furnished balconies were a nice touch, I personally would have preferred a balcony with lake or mountain views. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure many others would still enjoy the furnished balconies.

The staff here were friendly and accommodating, and we were able to check in early to a room with a great view.

heart of queenstown's fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do, surpassed our expectations. amazing view, lively yet not noisy. washer and dryer in the apartment + laundry soap provided! spacious balcony, comfortable beds, nespresso machine with plenty of pods, will and able products. highly recommend for a fantastic queenstown experience!

I had a great stay at Heart Of Queenstown! The central location was perfect for exploring the area. The friendly owner was always available to help with any questions or concerns.

great location - close to everything! The lake is right out the back entrance. clean and cozy apartment - well taken care of. super helpful staff - quick to respond to any requests. cool extras like color-coded drinking glasses and secure outdoor bins.
